Baithak

बैठक

A gathering where honest conversations happen, where you look within, and where the people around you hold what you share with care and without judgement. Baithak is not a webinar. It is a room that belongs to everyone in it.

What is Baithak

A gathering. A sitting together. A sacred space.

Baithak is a place for honest, free-flowing conversations. It is a space to look within, to look at your strengths, and to talk about your life stories and your aspirations. The people in the room listen carefully, ask real questions, engage with what you share, and offer their own stories in return. There is no agenda other than honesty, and no expectation other than presence.

It is a sacred space in the truest sense of the word. A space of deep respect, with no blame and no shame. You share what you are ready to share. You receive what the room offers. And you leave knowing that something real happened in those three hours.

The facilitator holds all of this together without standing at the front of the room. She works from behind, threading the conversation the way a needle threads wool when knitting a sweater. The movement of those needles, the way they push and shape and create, is the skill. The facilitator creates the space. She does not fill it.

What happens inside

Three hours. Three movements.

01
Opening the room
  • Jasmine opens with a question that does not have a professional answer, only a personal one
  • Participants speak in turn, without interruption and without an agenda
  • The quality of listening in the room shifts the moment the first person speaks honestly
02
Going deeper
  • The conversation moves from what people are doing to how they are actually experiencing it
  • Strengths are named, stories are shared, and patterns that have not yet been spoken begin to surface
  • Nobody is asked to fix anything. The room simply holds what is true, without judgement
03
Carrying something forward
  • Each person identifies one thing that shifted in the three hours, whether a thought, a question, or a new clarity
  • There is no homework and no action plan. There is one thing that is more clear than when you arrived
  • Jasmine closes the room the same way she opens it, with honesty and without performance

Three hours. Four things change.

You will not leave with a framework or a worksheet. You will leave with something that was not named when you arrived.

01
Something named
  • A thought or feeling you have been carrying quietly gets said out loud
  • Saying it in front of others changes its weight in a way that saying it to yourself does not
  • You leave knowing what it is, which means you can now decide what to do with it
02
A different perspective
  • Hearing how others are navigating similar pressures shifts how you see your own situation
  • The problem you arrived with often looks different by the time the session ends
  • Not because it has been solved, but because the room gave you a wider angle on it
03
The feeling of being heard
  • Most professionals spend their working lives being listened to for what they can deliver
  • Baithak is three hours of being listened to for who you actually are
  • That experience, even once, changes what you expect from a room going forward
04
People you did not expect to find
  • Baithak regularly produces genuine connections between people who recognise something real in each other
  • You may leave with a friend, a thinking partner, or simply someone who understands something you rarely talk about
  • This is not networking. It is what happens when people are honest in the same room at the same time

The facilitator creates the space. She does not fill it. She works from behind, the way a needle threads wool, shaping what emerges without standing at the front.

25 years of holding rooms like this one.

Jasmine Suri has spent twenty-five years creating the conditions in which people who have spent careers managing how they are perceived allow themselves, sometimes for the first time, to simply be present. She has done this in boardrooms, on factory floors, at leadership offsites, and in small group sessions like Baithak.

She is not a trainer and she is not a therapist. She is a facilitator in the deepest sense of the word: someone who makes it easier for what is already in the room to come forward. She works from behind. She holds the thread. She trusts the room.

She has worked with more than one hundred organisations across India and internationally, including Tata, Mahindra, Merck, Hindalco, and P&G. Baithak is the most intimate room she builds, and she builds it personally.

Before and after

What shifts in three hours.

Before
Moving fast. Carrying more than you have named.
  • Something is sitting with you that you have not found the right room to say
  • The people around you know you as the person who holds it together
  • Honest conversations feel like a luxury you do not have time for
  • You are performing competence in rooms that never ask how you are actually doing
After
Lighter. Something named. The week looks different.
  • You can name the thing you were carrying, which means it no longer carries you
  • The problem you came with has not disappeared, but you are looking at it differently
  • You have had three hours of being listened to for who you are, not what you deliver
  • You leave with people who witnessed something real about you, and you about them
Who this is for

Does this sound like you?

Baithak is for people who are ready to have a real conversation, not a professional one.

Senior Professional You have built something real, and something underneath it is still unresolved.
Founder or CEO You are the person everyone brings their problems to, and you have never had a room that holds yours.
At a Crossroads Something has shifted. A role, a relationship, a chapter ending. And you have not had time to process it.
Simply Curious You do not have a specific problem. You just know that an honest conversation with the right people, held well, is long overdue.
This is not for you if
You are looking for a training framework, a certification, or a workbook to take back to your team.
You are currently in acute crisis and need immediate professional support. Baithak is not a crisis intervention.
You are attending because someone told you to. This room works only for people who chose it themselves.
You want a measurable outcome that can be put on a spreadsheet. What shifts here does not work that way.
Three hours. You might leave lighter than you arrived.
